Morangi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are with the courier, and these issues fall outside our refund policy. However, we will assist you as best we can. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be found or delivered. If the package remains missing, we suggest filing a police report.
