Morangi Refund Policy


At Morangi, we are dedicated to offering products that help eliminate unwanted hair and combat signs of aging. We stand behind the effectiveness of our products and recommend using them for at least 14 days before considering a return. If you are not satisfied with your purchase after 14 days but within our 60-day money-back guarantee period, please contact us at contact@morangi.com.

Cancellation Policy


Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order will likely be in the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee


We are confident in the effectiveness of Morangi products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to fully experience their benefits. If you remain unsatisfied and wish to return the items, you may do so after 14 days but within the 60-day guarantee period. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our Contact Us page or by emailing us directly at contact@morangi.com. For faster processing, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used for the purchase.

Damaged Items


We take great care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it is defective or physically broken. Packaging damage, such as dented boxes, is not considered damage if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at contact@morangi.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery


While we strive to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen issues. If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address


It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
